Job summary

Strategy& Helsinki team is seeking experienced Transformation & Deals professionals at Senior Manager level to join our consulting group. You will lead and shape transformative projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver evidence-based insights for clients navigating complex portfolio changes and deals.

You will work with top-tier clients, collaborate with Nordic and PwC colleagues, and contribute to high-impact change programs in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting experience, including leading project teams at a top management consultancy
• Experience in transformation or transaction processes from a consultancy, corporate role, or equivalent
• Analytical and structured problem-solver
• Dedicated team player with a strong client-service mindset and high motivation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in professional English

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up and manage transformative projects delivering tangible results
• Lead teams conducting strategic, financial and operational analyses
• Support decision-making with materials, interviews and workshops
• Advise clients on alternative courses of action in complex deals and transformations
• Collaborate with Nordic and global colleagues within PwC network
