Strategy& Helsinki is seeking transformation and deals–focused Senior Managers to join our consulting team. You will lead multinational client engagements, guide teams through strategic, financial, and operational analyses, and help clients navigate complex transformations and transactions.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of consulting or industry experience, a proven track record in transformation or deal processes, and a strong client-service mindset with excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Have 5+ years’ consulting experience, including leading project teams at a top management consultancy OR have held a development role in industry leading projects, preferably combined with some consulting experience.
• Have experience in transformation or transaction processes from a consultancy, corporate role or another relevant perspective
• Be an analytical and structured problem-solver
• Be a dedicated team player and have a strong client-service mindset and enjoy building trusted client relationships
• Demonstrate high self-motivation and commitment
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in professional English

Transformation & Deals -focused (Senior) Managers to join our Strategy& consulting team

Strategy& is the global strategy consulting team of PwC. At Strategy&, we work closely with the world’s leading companies and institutions to help them adapt and thrive in a changing world. Our Strategy& team provides a range of strategy, transaction and transformation services, starting from developing new business strategies to deal value creation planning and redesigning operating models and delivering change programs. We serve large and mid-sized clients seeking to transform themselves, either organically or through ambitious transactions (sell-side, buy-side or capital markets). Our team consists of ~40 strategy professionals located in Helsinki, with international network of 4 500 colleagues.

The work you will do

• Plan, set up and manage transformative projects that will deliver tangible business results for our clients

• Lead teams that carry out strategic, financial, and operational analysis to provide clients with insights as they consider portfolio and other transformational changes

• Support decision-making by preparing decision materials, conducting interviews and facilitating workshops

• Advice clients on alternative courses of actions in complex deals and transformations, together with experienced senior team

Your client engagements could range from operating model design and cost efficiency programmes to due diligence, integration planning, PMO and running value capture programmes. We will tailor the focus of your projects to your strengths, previous experience and interests. Part of the work is to collaborate regularly with our Nordic and global colleagues as well as the broader PwC network.
