Job summary

Lapland University's Training and Development Services unit is seeking an expert for a fixed-term position from 1 Oct 2026 to 30 Apr 2027. The role focuses on supporting regional development in the Arctic and strengthening companies' business competencies.

You will coach and facilitate collaboration between municipalities and companies, plan and run training events, manage ESR+ project tasks, and actively collaborate with stakeholders to deliver practical capacity development.

Qualifications

• Interest in regional development work in the Arctic area.
• Coaching and facilitation skills.
• Project management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Suitable higher education degree.
