Qualifications

• Master degree in Computer Science/Physics/Electrical/Telecom Engineering or related field; a PhD would be a plus.
• More than 10 years of working experience, preferably in technology management or strategy development.
• Experience managing EU Horizon projects or leading roles in academic associations preferred.
• Well connected to Baltic region networks with good reputation in ICT.
• Extensive knowledge of cutting-edge ICT technologies and ability to interact with all company levels.

Responsibilities

• Be in charge of relationship development and retention with universities, research institutes, and enterprises in Finland and the Baltic region.
• Build and maintain a resource map of the Baltic region and promote successful cooperation.
• Collaborate with other country cooperation managers to map resources for different business domains.
• Identify cooperation opportunities and develop proposals for research projects.
• Stay informed on ICT technology trends and communicate with partners to address pain points and objectives.
• Represent the company professionally and contribute to technology strategy and long-term goals.
