Job summary

Celltech Solutions Oy designs and manufactures battery solutions and is seeking a Technical Purchaser to join the sourcing and logistics team in Tampere. You will secure material availability, handle daily purchasing operations, and work closely with suppliers, engineering, production and logistics.

You will manage the end-to-end purchasing process, maintain data in the ERP system, and support continuous improvement of purchasing practices and supplier cooperation.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical purchasing, procurement or a similar role.
• Technical understanding of components, manufacturing and supply chains.
• Ability to read and understand technical and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Monitor ERP.
• Structured and organized way of working.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Good Finnish and English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing technical components, materials and services.
• Creating, releasing and following up purchase orders.
• Monitoring supplier deliveries and material availability.
• Maintaining component and purchasing data in ERP.
• Supporting production through material planning and availability.
• Handling purchasing-related documentation and invoices.
• Coordinating inbound deliveries and logistics activities.
• Building and developing supplier relationships.
