Sine Engineering in Tampere, Finland, is seeking a proactive Purchasing Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement, from creating POs to resolving shortages. You will liaise with Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering and Finance to ensure on-time deliveries and supplier onboarding.

The role requires experience with RFQ/RFI, supplier management, cost analysis, and ERP/MRP systems. English at least B2, and a hands-on, detail-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualificações

• Understanding of purchasing processes (RFQ, RFI, POs, contracts, incoterms).
• Supplier management and onboarding, performance tracking.
• Cost analysis including landed cost and TCO.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.).
• Basic contract understanding – payment and delivery terms.

Responsabilidades

• Create and manage purchase orders (POs) based on MRP, requisitions, or project needs.
• Validate order confirmations: prices, delivery dates, quantities.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Resolve delivery delays, shortages, and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with warehouse for receiving alignment.
• Support onboarding new suppliers with documents and approvals.
• Request quotes (RFQs) and compare proposals.
• Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Finance.
• Provide purchasing support during NPI and ECR/ECO changes.
