Job summary

Celltech Solutions Oy designs and manufactures battery solutions and is seeking a Technical Purchaser to join the sourcing and logistics team in Tampere. You will secure material availability, handle daily purchasing operations, and work closely with suppliers, engineering, production and logistics.

You will manage the end-to-end purchasing process, maintain data in the ERP system, and support continuous improvement of purchasing practices and supplier cooperation.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical purchasing, procurement or a similar role.
• Technical understanding of components, manufacturing and supply chains.
• Ability to read and understand technical and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Monitor ERP.
• Structured and organized way of working.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Good Finnish and English language skills.

As a Technical Purchaser, you will play an important role in ensuring the availability of components and materials required for our production and product development activities. You will be responsible for daily purchasing operations and work closely with suppliers, engineering, production and logistics teams.

Your work covers the entire purchasing process, from creating and following up purchase orders to supplier communication, delivery monitoring and securing material availability. You will also maintain purchasing and component information in our ERP system and support the continuous development of purchasing practices and supplier cooperation.
