Job summary

KONE P&C Operations Development is seeking a Senior Manager, People Analytics Solutions to lead and develop the People analytics domain at KONE, coordinating with HR partners and analytics communities globally.

The role owners vision and strategy for HR analytics, oversees technology roadmaps (e.g., Workday, Power BI) and drives data literacy across functions in a large, global organization.

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Economics, Business or a related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge in modern HR cloud-based people analytics technologies, preferably Workday.
• Demonstrated knowledge of analytics solutions such as MS Power BI or similar.
• Solid understanding of typical machine-learning, AI and process automation techniques.
• Cloud infrastructure, data architecture, data modeling, data management and data visualization.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams across business and technical areas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong planning, organization, and facilitation skills; effective project management skills.
• Strategic and conceptual thinker with a can do attitude and curious mind.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, mission, and strategy for analytics solutions in the HR domain.
• Design and own scalable operating model within People Analytics with stakeholders.
• Act as business owner for People Analytics technology roadmap towards IT.
• Represent P&C in Data & Analytics governance forums.
• Support P&C Centers of Expertise and Services in training users to use analytics solutions.
• Collaborate across countries to build common ways of working with People data.
