Job summary

Enento Group is seeking a dedicated Procurement Manager to strengthen how the group buys services and solutions across the organisation. The role focuses on driving structured procurement, cost savings, and strong vendor governance in a hybrid Helsinki setting.

You will work closely with Legal, Finance and IT to translate business needs into clear sourcing requirements and robust agreements, while building scalable procurement routines and ensuring ongoing vendor performance management.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, contract management, or supply chain.
• Fluent in English; Swedish or Finnish is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing Group-wide procurement practices, processes, templates, and governance to make purchasing more structured, efficient, transparent, and scalable.
• Driving cost savings and commercial efficiencies through structured sourcing, supplier competition, demand consolidation, spend visibility, and negotiation support.
• Leading and supporting procurement projects for IT and other strategically important purchases, ensuring clear sourcing requirements and sound agreements.
• Building procurement routines that cover the full supplier lifecycle and handing over to Vendor Management for ongoing performance and optimization.
• Collaborating with Legal and Finance to improve contract discipline, purchasing controls, risk awareness, and compliance.
• Providing data-driven insights into spend, supplier base, and opportunities for simplification and savings across Enento.
