Enento Group is seeking a dedicated Procurement Manager to strengthen how the group buys services and solutions across the organisation. The role focuses on driving structured procurement, cost savings, and strong vendor governance in a hybrid Helsinki setting.
You will work closely with Legal, Finance and IT to translate business needs into clear sourcing requirements and robust agreements, while building scalable procurement routines and ensuring ongoing vendor performance management.
Would you like to work in an organization where the work you do is meaningful and has a direct impact on the lives of millions of people and businesses? Our core business is data and how it can be used to help our customers make intelligent decisions. Together, we are building a culture that colleagues describe as friendly, professional, and caring, where you are encouraged to challenge yourself and grow. We are looking for a dedicated Procurement Manager to help us strengthen how Enento buys services and solutions across the Group.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
To be successful in the role as Procurement Manager, we believe that you have experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, commercial contract management, or supply chain management. You understand procurement processes and are comfortable running sourcing activities, negotiating with suppliers, and helping internal stakeholders make commercially sound purchasing decisions. Ideally, you have at least a bachelor’s degree and around five years of experience in contract management or procurement, including working with IT vendors. Experience with IT procurement, professional services, software licensing, or technology-related sourcing is considered a strong advantage. In order to succeed in the role, you need to be fluent in English. Swedish or Finnish proficiency is seen as a benefit.
We place great emphasis on personal characteristics and attitudes in our recruitments. We are looking for someone with a commercial and analytical mindset, strong structure, integrity, and the ability to turn ideas into practical ways of working. You enjoy improving processes, challenging existing cost structures, and creating clarity for others. You are collaborative by nature and can work effectively with business owners, IT, Finance, Legal, and Vendor Management. You understand that great procurement does not end with a signed contract, but you also know where procurement should lead, support, and hand over so that vendor relationships can be managed successfully over time.
Type of employment: Full-time, permanent
Start date: According to agreement
Office location: Elielinaukio 5, Helsinki or Waterfront building, Klarabergsviadukten 63, Stockholm
