Job summary

Inven is building the default AI for M&A and seeks an Engagement Associate to work with PE firms, investment banks, and corporate development teams. You will own our most strategic accounts, guide onboarding, and identify opportunities to expand usage and drive upsells.

You will be a hands-on advisor, delivering data-driven insights, turning feedback into product improvements, and helping clients achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• Experience talking to deal professionals in IB/PE/VC
• Ownership mindset with initiative
• Customer-first approach with strong communication

Responsibilities

• Account management: Own key strategic accounts, manage renewals and identify upsell opportunities
• Driving engagement: Advise customers through onboarding, support, and data-driven insights
• Closing the loop: Turn feedback into product improvements and help clients reach their goals
