Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Cloud Operations Architect (TAM) for the Nordics, based in Helsinki. You will engage enterprise customers post-sale, provide strategic technical guidance, and drive operational excellence across multi-disciplinary teams to maximize AWS value.

You will partner with customers at executive levels, shape long-term operational strategies, and deliver Well-Architected reviews and game days to elevate cloud adoption security and performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a technical role related to cloud/enterprise solutions.
• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting across multiple tech domains.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide deep technical expertise across security, resilience, and efficiency.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders up to C-level.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customers' most challenging problems.
• Own end-to-end customer technical support and design long-term ops strategies.
• Lead architectural reviews and workshops for cloud deployments.
• Identify risks and drive efficiencies in customer operations.
