PVH Corp.’s Calvin Klein – Helsinki Outlet is seeking a Store Manager who will lead a high‑performing team to deliver best‑in‑class customer service and store operations. You will drive sales, manage inventories, and ensure visual merchandising standards align with brand directives.

The role requires strong people management, budgeting and planning skills, and the ability to engage staff and customers with a positive, energetic presence on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in connecting to consumers in a brand retailer.
• Experience in retail operations, budgeting, planning and sales.
• People management experience and ability to resolve conflicts.
• Effective communicator with ability to cultivate belonging.

Responsibilities

• Partner with store management to meet budgets, KPIs and standards.
• Identify opportunities to grow business and improve performance.
• Provide training and coaching to employees and document it.
• Lead management meetings and participate in regional meetings.
• Manage manpower planning, recruitment and orientation.
