Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Stock Keeper at the Simo warehouse in Finland to support the NCE Supply Chain Operations. You will manage inventories, pick-pack-ship, and coordinate with dispatchers to ensure timely delivery of tools and parts to technicians in the field.

The role emphasizes LEAN improvements, safety, and quality, with regular hours 07:00-15:30, five days a week. Fluency in English and Finnish, SAP experience, and MS Office skills are required to succeed.

Qualifications

• At least 2-5 years of warehousing experience.
• Fluent in English and Finnish, speaking and writing.
• SAP experience (warehouse transactions).
• Familiar with the Microsoft Office package (Outlook and Excel).

Warehouse Simo is part of Vestas Supply Chain Operations Finland and the primary responsibility of the warehouse is to store materials and tools to the crews of technicians working in the area.

As a Stock Keeper you have a central role in focusing on LEAN improvements as well as keeping control of the daily material handling. Moreover, we have high focus on delivering quality service and not least to always prioritizing safety and quality.

You will be working 5 days per week and the working hours are 07:00-15:30.

Responsibilities: Your main assignments in this role will be:

• Inventories, regular and yearly
• Transfer and order tools/parts; in collaboration with Dispatcher
• Pick Pack Ship (PPS) of materials, tools and DEF and create material returns

Qualifications: We favor the following qualifications:

Additional Information

In this position Stock Keeper is primarily responsible for the warehouse located in Simo, but needs to be ready to support other warehouses in Finland region in the future.
