Job summary

EDRMedeso in Tampere is seeking an ambitious Startup Account Manager to grow the Ansys Startup Program across Finland and the Baltic states. You will manage relationships with startups and help them succeed, while identifying high-potential new participants.

This hands-on role suits someone with 2-3 years of sales or business development experience who is fluent in Finnish and English and eager to build a career in technology sales, deep tech, and startups. Expected start January 2027.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales or business development experience.
• 1-2 years working with startups or in technology.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in Finnish and English; able to commute to Tampere office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with startups in the Ansys Startup Program.
• Help startups maximize value by guiding them and connecting to technical resources.
• Identify, qualify, and onboard high-potential startups across Finland & the Baltics.
• Represent EDRMedeso at startup events and in outreach activities; maintain CRM records.
