Job summary

AlphaSense is seeking a Staff Engineer to own and evolve our CI/CD platform, collaborating across time zones with senior engineers. You’ll design and operate production‑grade delivery infrastructure, contribute in Go and Python, and drive AI‑assisted workflows across the SDLC to raise velocity and quality.

You should bring hands‑on experience with a CI/CD platform at scale, cloud‑native architectures, and a proven ability to lead cross‑team initiatives in a large engineering organization.

Qualifications

• Experience owning and operating a CI/CD platform at admin and architecture level.
• Hands-on Go production development and production‑grade Python work.
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and Kubernetes platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve CI/CD architecture and developer experience.
• Improve pipeline reliability, speed, and predictability.
• Define paved paths for product teams to ship safely without deep platform knowledge.
• Manage end-to-end delivery from code merge to production.
• Embed AI tooling into delivery workflows to boost productivity.
