We look for engineers who use AI as a core building block of our products and the way we build them. As a Staff Engineer on the AI Transformation team, you will architect and own the system that turns agentic development from a concept into daily shipping across iOS, Android, backend and AI services.

Qualifications

• Building and operating production systems that other engineers depend on.
• Agentic coding workflows or autonomous loops in production with measured results.
• Reason about specification, review, testing, CI/CD, release and operations as one system.
• Set direction across teams and make hard architectual decisions.
• Strong fundamentals in mobile domain or backend APIs, concurrency and reliability.
• Fluency across backend, iOS or Android with quick cross-stack adaptability.
• Security and privacy conscious by design.
• High ownership and resilience in challenging environments.
• Collaborative and able to communicate clearly with engineers and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical direction for the agentic pipeline: Make our existing ticket-to-PR pipeline dependable infrastructure. Own its architecture, including agent orchestration, context management and tool calling, and improve its reliability, throughput and cost.
• Close the loop across the SDLC: Extend agentic workflows beyond code generation into spec quality checks, test generation, automated review, CI failure triage and repair, release verification, and post-deploy signals.
• Prototype fast, then harden: Get a new workflow running in days and prove it on real tickets.
• Run AI in production properly: Own eval sets, LLM grading, versioning, tracing and dashboards that show whether a workflow improves metrics.
• Make autonomy safe: Design sandboxing, permissions and guardrails with privacy by design as default.
• Lead AI-native engineering by example: Set the bar for pipeline-first engineering.
• Drive adoption with teams: Embed with squads, fix the system, and turn successful patterns into reusable templates.
• Partner cross-functionally: Work with platform, security, privacy, AI infra, mobile and backend teams.
