SOLUTION LEAD, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

The Solution Lead position is crucial to the WiLeap transformation program, which aims at enhancing customer experience, product and services development, and operational excellence at Wipak. Solution Lead, Products and Services collaborates with stream sponsors, the WiLeap Transformation Lead, Change Management Lead, project managers, product managers, R&D, and other stakeholders to define, deliver, and maintain solutions that align with business objectives. The Solution Lead, Products and Services also ensures the architecture, integration, quality, and security of their solutions meet Wipak and Wihuri standards. They act as a facilitator, process owner, IT solution/product owner, project manager, and architect.

WiLeap's Product and Service Experience stream drives innovation in flexible packaging. We seek an expert in product and service management, life-cycle management, data management, and R&D within flexible packaging or related industries. Ideal candidates should have experience in managing products and services and be familiar with supporting technologies.

Your key responsibilities include:

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with the stream sponsors, WiLeap Transformation Lead, WiLeap Change Management Lead, project managers, product managers, R&D and other stakeholders to understand the business needs and requirements and provide guidance and recommendations.
Process Ownership: Manage the end-to-end processes within the Products and Services stream, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational efficiency. Currently product data is managed in SAP ERP solution, new PLM solution is planned.
Project Delivery: Lead the project delivery process, from ideation to deployment, following agile methodologies and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Act as manager or a member of different projects in the stream to ensure that each project meets the agreed requirements within schedule and resources.
Solution Maintenance: Ensure the ongoing maintenance and optimization of the solutions in the own responsibility area.
Architecture and Integration: Define and oversee the solution architecture and integration in the own responsibility area, ensuring coherence, scalability, and interoperability of the IT solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and systems, leveraging new technologies and future innovations.

The Solution Lead reports directly to the Business IT Director, and for project-related activities, also to the WiLeap Transformation Lead.

This full-time position can be in any Wipak location in Europe. We value flexibility, therefore hybrid working model is a possibility. This position includes a moderate amount of travelling to Wipak sites.

What are we looking for?

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and influence diverse teams and stakeholders
Proven experience in product design, product data management, and product life-cycle management
Proficient in various IT solution domains, including PLM, DAM, SAP ERP, BI, and M365 tools
Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools, such as Scrum, Kanban, or Jira
An analytical and creative mindset, with the ability to think strategically, work with data, and solve complex problems
Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, business administration, or equivalent skills and qualifications
Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and best practices
