Job summary

Cimcorp Oy in Finland is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing and supplier management for High-Bay Warehouse (HBW) solutions, including structural steel, storage systems and related equipment.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations and Customer Support from early sales through contract execution, run RFQ processes, negotiations, and develop long-term supplier relationships and framework agreements across global projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, automation, supply chain management, business or another relevant field.
• Five+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement or supply chain management in an international industrial environment.
• Experience in sourcing structural steel, industrial equipment, construction-related solutions or other complex project deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFQ processes, commercial evaluations and supplier negotiations.
• Prepare project-specific agreements and manage supplier risks.
• Develop Cimcorp’s supplier portfolio and long-term supplier relationships.
• Establish strategic partnerships and collaborate with global sourcing teams to align supplier strategies.
