Job summary

Solteq is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to lead the design and orchestration of cloud-based integrations across Azure and AWS. You will bridge technical execution with business strategy by guiding both customer-facing projects and internal product development.

You will drive AI-assisted development practices, design API and integration roadmaps, and collaborate with sales, service managers, and stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on development and architecture of integrations on AWS or Azure.
• Strong C#, .NET Core and related frameworks.
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Functions, AWS Lambda, and API gateway products.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate tech to business language.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile methods.
• Understanding of AI-assisted software development practices.

Job description

The position

We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to lead the design and orchestration of cloud-based integrations across Azure and AWS platforms. You’ll play a pivotal role in bridging technical execution with business strategy by guiding both customer-facing projects and internal product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development practices to accelerate integration delivery, improve code quality, and enhance developer productivity
• Design and architect cloud-native integration solutions leveraging Azure, AWS, C#, and .NET technologies
• Lead end-to-end design for APIs and integration solutions from requirements through implementation and operations
• Collaborate with sales teams, service managers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
• Ensure feasibility and sustainability of integration approaches across teams and projects
• Define and enforce best practices together with the team for development, deployment, and DevOps workflows
• Offer strategic direction and technical insight in crafting integration solutions that are scalable, sustainable, secure and consistent
• Define integration strategy, target architectures and architectural roadmaps across customer and internal solutions
• Own and govern integration architecture across multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment with business, security, and technology objectives

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in hands-on development as well as architecting integrations on AWS or Azure
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and related frameworks
• Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Functions, AWS Lambda, and API gateway products
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex tech into business language
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations
• Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and agile ways of working
• Understanding of AI-assisted software development practices

About the Cloud Team (Platforms & Services)

Our Cloud Platforms & Services team is responsible for designing, building, and operating cloud foundations that support customer solutions across Solteq. The team works closely with development, consulting, and service management to ensure cloud environments are stable, secure, cost-effective, and fit for long‑term operation.

The cloud team plays a key role throughout the lifecycle - from architecture and implementation to operational improvements - and supports customers by managing cloud subscriptions, enabling reliable deployments, and continuously improving performance and sustainability. The work is highly collaborative, combining architecture expertise, DevOps practices, and service-oriented thinking.
