Leap is seeking a passionate Sales Associate to represent our SoHo boutique. You will create meaningful customer connections and provide personalized recommendations for premium wine refrigeration, storage solutions, and lifestyle accessories.

The role emphasizes exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment, with opportunities for opening/closing responsibilities and keyholder duties based on business needs.

Formación

• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse range of customers.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and confidently share brand stories.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through authentic engagement and personalized recommendations.
• Drive sales through proactive engagement and strong selling behaviors.
• Support store operations including merchandising, replenishment, and cleanliness.
• Complete opening/closing procedures and keyholder duties as needed.
