Work tasks

• Lead software development projects from initial concept to final market release
• Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams within a matrix organization
• Oversee the renewal and modernization of existing automation products
• Manage the end-to-end development of a completely new software product
• Apply agile methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and internal stakeholders
• Ensure software integrations align with industrial automation standards

We are looking for

• At least 3-5 years of project management experience in technology-driven environments
• Solid understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams
• Good understanding of industrial automation systems and software integration
• Fluent English communication skills

It is meritorious if you have

• Knowledge of computer vision, robotics, or scanning technologies
• Experience with AI-based automation solutions
• Background in customer-oriented project implementations
• Relevant technical degree
• Proficiency in Finnish
