Job summary

Casambi, Espoo, Finland, is seeking an experienced Software Developer to help shape the next generation of Casambi's digital services. The role centers on a licence activation project and systems that manage customer licences, with opportunities to work across multiple products and services.

You'll primarily work on Flutter-based mobile and web development while understanding the full stack, including backend code, and using AI in daily development workflows.

We are looking for an experienced Software Developer to join our team and help build the next generation of Casambi's digital services.

Your initial focus will be on a new licence activation project and the systems that manage customer licences, and access to products and services. As the project evolves, you'll have opportunities to work across multiple products and services, contributing both to new development and the continuous improvement of existing solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building polished user experiences while also understanding how complete systems work behind the scenes. Although the primary focus is mobile and web development using Flutter, you'll be expected to understand the entire solution and confidently read and understand backend code when needed.

Most importantly, we're looking for a developer who enjoys learning, embraces new technologies, and actively uses AI as part of their daily development workflow.

We support flexible and remote working. At the same time, we believe that some of the best collaboration happens face-to-face.

We expect team members to be able to visit our office approximately once per month and occasionally spend several consecutive days on-site for team events, workshops, planning sessions, or other collaborative activities.
