Wärtsilä is seeking a Security Analyst to strengthen its Security Operations Center in Finland. You will perform incident and threat detection and response hands-on, in a multinational SOC with a flexible hybrid remote work setup.

You will collaborate with skilled colleagues, drive continuous improvement, and develop your cybersecurity expertise while contributing to Wärtsilä’s sustainable technology mission.

Qualifications

• Hands-on 24x7 cyber incident response experience.
• Ethical hacking experience.
• Experience in cyber war room incident response.
• Ability to translate complex incidents into simple impacts.
• Documented soft skills in cyber contexts.

Responsibilities

• Handle incident and threat response actions in Wärtsilä SOC.
• Work with a multinational SOC team in an agile environment.
• Contribute to defense as part of the Cyber Security organization.
