Job summary

VEO is seeking a Site Supervisor to drive successful electrification project delivery in Finland. You will lead and coordinate site works, ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget installation compliance, while prioritizing safety and quality across substations sites.

The role requires extensive travel within Finland and collaboration with contractors and the Project Manager to meet project goals and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Electrical background or degree required.
• Experience coordinating site operations and safety.
• Ability to travel frequently in Finland and work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Safety management and risk assessments on site.
• Oversee site works per schedule and budget.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and personnel with Project Manager.
• Prepare site execution plans and quality control.
• Maintain site documentation and reports.
