Job summary

Enersense is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor for large-scale data centre construction in the Helsinki region. The role focuses on supervising electrical works on site, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to technical requirements and project schedules.

You will work with project specialists, design engineers and construction teams, coordinate contractors, monitor progress, and contribute to commissioning and handover activities. Finnish language skills are required.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in electrical supervision, site management or electrical construction.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installations and commissioning activities.
• Understanding of contract management, cost, schedule and quality control.
• Good communication and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
• Systematic, proactive and solution‑oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical contractors on site.
• Monitor installations to ensure compliance with plans and specs.
• Track progress, identify risks and contribute to corrective actions.
• Inspect installations and participate in commissioning and handover.
• Collaborate with design engineers and construction teams throughout the project.
• Evaluate technical solutions and support schedule and cost control.
• Promote safe working practices and maintain project documentation.
