Job summary

Amiko Oy in Vihti is seeking spotters and construction helpers for a data center project lasting about one year. The role focuses on safety and traffic control for heavy machines and vehicles on site, working with drivers and site staff to maintain a controlled, safe workflow.

As a construction helper you may assist with moving materials, site maintenance and assembly or dismantling as needed. Finnish and English language skills are required; a safety card is preferred or willing to obtain one.

• Understanding safe distances for heavy equipment.
• Valid safety card or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong collaboration skills and a responsible attitude.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and guide heavy equipment and vehicle traffic on the site.
• Ensure safety by warning workers of obstacles, nearby workers, or other risks.
• Manage overall site safety and smooth traffic flow.
• As a construction helper, assist with moving materials, site maintenance, and assembly/dismantling as needed.
