Job summary

Amiko Oy in Vihti is seeking spotters and construction helpers for a data center project lasting about one year. The role focuses on safety and traffic control for heavy machines and vehicles on site, working with drivers and site staff to maintain a controlled, safe workflow.

As a construction helper you may assist with moving materials, site maintenance and assembly or dismantling as needed. Finnish and English language skills are required; a safety card is preferred or willing to obtain one.

Job description

We are looking for spotters and construction helpers for a data center site in Vihti. The project is expected to last about one year and spans 19 hectares. The site emphasizes safety; as a spotter you will monitor and guide the movement of heavy machines and vehicles on the worksite. You will work closely with drivers and other site staff to ensure that everything moves in a controlled and safe manner.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and guiding heavy equipment and vehicle traffic on the site;
• Ensuring safety, e.g., warning workers and operators of obstacles, nearby workers, or other risks;
• Managing overall site safety and smooth traffic flow.
• As a construction helper you assist with various site tasks, such as moving and organizing materials and tools, site maintenance, and assisting with assembly or dismantling as needed.

Contract & Salary
