Job summary

Mestarit Henkilöstöpalvelut Oy seeks construction assistants for a data center project in Lappeenranta, Finland. You will join a site team, help with construction tasks, move materials, and support different work phases while keeping the area clean, safe, and organized.

The role is full-time on a temporary 6–12 month contract. Finnish fluency is required; a valid safety card is preferred. Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Construction background is appreciated but not required if you have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good physical condition, initiative, and careful workmanship are important.
• Fluency in Finnish is required; driving license and ability to use your own car are assets.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid occupational safety card.

Responsibilities

• Assist with various construction tasks on site.
• Move materials, prepare and support different work phases.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Help support site logistics, receive materials, and assist different work teams.
