Job description

We are seeking a site manager to lead infrastructure and concrete construction projects in the Kymenlaakso region. The role involves daily site leadership, ensuring production flow, schedules, quality, and safety, and close cooperation with workers, subcontractors, clients and other stakeholders. The position may suit a construction foreman or civil engineer at an early career stage as well as a more experienced supervisor. A genuine interest in site leadership, responsible work ethic and long-term development are valued over experience alone.

Responsibilities include organizing site activities, leading people towards targets, and ensuring projects progress as planned.

Driving license (B) and own car are required. Prior experience in infra- or concrete construction is beneficial but graduates are welcomed.
