Job summary

Coe Group seeks an experienced Electrical/Automation Engineer with strong coordination skills and a high willingness to travel. The role focuses on site support, linking engineering and site execution to ensure smooth project delivery across data-centre sites.

The candidate should have experience with automation/SCADA/relays, commissioning projects, and excellent communication in an international project environment. Frequent short-term site assignments are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with automation systems, SCADA, or protection relays.
• Experience in industrial commissioning projects.
• Willingness to travel approximately 75% of time with project sites.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills in international projects.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key link between engineering/design teams and site execution.
• Provide technical support and coordination during project delivery.
• Ensure smooth implementation and clear communication between stakeholders.
• Travel to project sites and support data-centre projects (1–2 week site assignments).

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer or Automation Engineer with a high willingness to travel, strong coordination skills, and a proactive approach to work.

In this role, you will act as a key link between engineering/design teams and site execution, providing technical support and coordination during project delivery. This is not a commissioning engineer position, but rather a site support role focused on ensuring smooth implementation and communication between stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience with automation systems, SCADA systems, and/or protection relays
• Previous experience in industrial commissioning projects
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Willingness to travel extensively, with approximately 75% of annual working time spent at project sites
• Good communication skills in an international project environment

The projects will primarily be in data centers. Typical site assignments last 1-2 weeks and are located at various project sites.
