Job summary

Coe Group seeks an experienced Electrical/Automation Engineer with a strong willingness to travel to project sites. You will act as a key link between engineering/design teams and site execution, providing technical support and coordination during project delivery.

The role focuses on site-based support to ensure smooth implementation and stakeholder communication. Projects are predominantly data-centre related, with typical site assignments lasting 1–2 weeks across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Experience with automation systems, SCADA, and/or protection relays.
• Experience in industrial commissioning projects.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Willingness to travel approximately 75% of time at project sites.
• Good communication in an international project environment.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer or Automation Engineer with a high willingness to travel, strong coordination skills, and a proactive approach to work.

In this role, you will act as a key link between engineering/design teams and site execution, providing technical support and coordination during project delivery. This is not a commissioning engineer position, but rather a site support role focused on ensuring smooth implementation and communication between stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience with automation systems, SCADA systems, and/or protection relays
• Previous experience in industrial commissioning projects
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Willingness to travel extensively, with approximately 75% of annual working time spent at project sites
• Good communication skills in an international project environment

The projects will primarily be in data centers. Typical site assignments last 1-2 weeks and are located at various project sites.
