Job summary

CoE Group is seeking an experienced Electrical/Automation Engineer with a strong willingness to travel and proactive coordination between engineering and site execution. You will support project delivery on data center sites and act as a key link between engineering and site teams.

This role is not a commissioning engineer position; it focuses on ensuring smooth implementation and clear communication among stakeholders, while coordinating across international teams during 1–2 week site

Qualifications

• Experience with automation systems, SCADA, and/or protection relays.
• Experience in industrial commissioning projects.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Willingness to travel extensively (≈75% of time).
• Good communication in an international project environment.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer or Automation Engineer with a high willingness to travel, strong coordination skills, and a proactive approach to work.

In this role, you will act as a key link between engineering/design teams and site execution, providing technical support and coordination during project delivery. This is not a commissioning engineer position, but rather a site support role focused on ensuring smooth implementation and communication between stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience with automation systems, SCADA systems, and/or protection relays
• Previous experience in industrial commissioning projects
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Willingness to travel extensively, with approximately 75% of annual working time spent at project sites
• Good communication skills in an international project environment

The projects will primarily be in data centers. Typical site assignments last 1-2 weeks and are located at various project sites.
