Job summary

Nilfisk Oy is seeking a skilled service technician to join the Vantaa service team in a permanent role. The position involves servicing pressure washers and cleaning machines, with work conducted at the Vantaa repair shop and at customer sites in the Uusimaa region.

You will assist customers with machine operation and maintenance, ensuring strong service quality. The ideal candidate has experience in servicing similar equipment, a service-minded attitude, and a readiness to travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in servicing pressure washers and cleaning machines
• Strong customer service mindset and drive to enhance customer satisfaction
• Ability to work well in a team and develop in the role
• Fluent in English for maintenance materials predominantly in English
• Proficient with computers and software used in service operations
• Holding a valid B driving license
• Willingness to travel within the region

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and repair services for pressure washers and cleaning equipment
• Offer customer guidance and instructions on machine use at customer sites
• Work as part of the Vantaa service team with some work at the repair shop and some at customer premises
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service and communication

Nilfisk Oy is developing and growing its aftermarket strongly. To support this development, we are now looking for a skilled service technician for a permanent employment relationship.

Job description

Success in this position requires experience in servicing pressure washers and cleaning machines or other similar equipment. Your work will be varied, you will work as part of the Vantaa service team, some of your work will take place at the Vantaa repair shop and some at customers' premises in the Uusimaa region. Your workday will include customer service, such as providing customers with instructions on how to use the machines.

We expect from you

• experience in servicing pressure washers and cleaning machines
• a good attitude towards developing customer service and customer satisfaction
• ability to cooperate as a team member and a desire to develop in the field
• understanding of English, as all maintenance material is mainly in English.
• you are computer literate
• you have at least a B driving license
• willingness to travel

Tehtävän kuvaus

Tehtävässä menestyminen edellyttää kokemusta painepesurien ja siivouskoneiden tai muiden vastaavien laitteiden huoltotöistä. Työsi on vaihtelevaa, toimit osana Vantaan huoltotiimiä, osa työstäsi tapahtuu Vantaan korjaamolla ja osa asiakkaiden tiloissa Uudenmaan alueella. Työpäivääsi kuuluu asiakaspalvelua, kuten koneiden käyttöopastusta asiakkaalla.
