Job summary

Nilfisk Oy is seeking a skilled service technician to join the Vantaa service team in a permanent role. The position involves servicing pressure washers and cleaning machines, with work conducted at the Vantaa repair shop and at customer sites in the Uusimaa region.

You will assist customers with machine operation and maintenance, ensuring strong service quality. The ideal candidate has experience in servicing similar equipment, a service-minded attitude, and a readiness to travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in servicing pressure washers and cleaning machines
• Strong customer service mindset and drive to enhance customer satisfaction
• Ability to work well in a team and develop in the role
• Fluent in English for maintenance materials predominantly in English
• Proficient with computers and software used in service operations
• Holding a valid B driving license
• Willingness to travel within the region

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and repair services for pressure washers and cleaning equipment
• Offer customer guidance and instructions on machine use at customer sites
• Work as part of the Vantaa service team with some work at the repair shop and some at customer premises
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service and communication
