Job summary

HCLTech Finland seeks an experienced Senior Verification & Validation Engineer to lead V&V activities for automotive and OHE systems. You will drive HIL/SIL testing, automation, and agentic AI approaches to enhance validation across the lifecycle.

The role emphasizes end-to-end V&V, AI-infused testing, POC assessments, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high quality and standards in product development.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Verification & Validation (V&V)
• Hands-on HIL/SIL testing experience in Automotive or OHE domain
• Expertise in test automation scripting (Python, CAPL, MATLAB)
• Hands-on experience in Agentic AI development and implementation
• Experience in executing POCs and technical assessments
• Strong understanding of end-to-end V&V processes
• Experience integrating AI-driven solutions into testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Verification & Validation activities across the product lifecycle
• Design, develop, and execute HIL and SIL test solutions
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripting
• Create and implement Agentic AI solutions to improve testing efficiency
• Infuse AI across the V&V process including test generation, execution, analysis, and reporting
• Conduct POCs and technical assessments for new tools and technologies
• Collaborate with system, software, and hardware engineering teams
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and support issue resolution
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies
• Ensure compliance with automotive quality and safety standards
