Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in Engineering.
• Strong theoretical knowledge of numerical analysis methods.
• Proficient with Abaqus, HyperMesh, Simlab, Optistruct or similar.
• Good English communication; Finnish/Swedish a plus.
• Ability to work in an international organization and team.

Responsibilities

• Perform and report mechanical simulations related to product development.
• Develop and maintain simulation methodologies to support first-time-right product development and reduce time to market.
• Solve complex structural strength and durability challenges.
• Analyze simulation and measurement data to support engineering decisions.
• Identify and initiate training activities to maintain and develop technical competencies.
• Focus on cylinder heads and valve mechanisms; gas systems; ML/digitalization as optional area.
