Job summary

Patria Oyj is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join the IT Enterprise Architecture team. The role will primarily be based in Tampere with flexible on-site requirements and travel.

You will harmonize business processes, IT capabilities and architecture across projects, collaborating with stakeholders, PMs, architects and IT experts including cybersecurity and data teams. You will ensure designs address business and IT needs across applications, data, security, technology and services,

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in solution architecture and business development.
• Senior-level capability to work independently in a developing environment.
• Strong understanding of development methodologies and best practices.
• Understanding of multiregulated business environment.
• Excellent and independent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate complex (technical) concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to discuss solution requirements effectively with business stakeholders.
• Excellent English skills; Fluent Finnish a plus.
• Flexibility and a development-oriented mindset toward building ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate into technical solutions.
• Design and develop scalable, high-performance architectures meeting requirements.
• Lead design work and implementation, ensuring on-time delivery within budget.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to project and IT service teams.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance solutions.
• Identify and assess AI and modern technologies use cases in planning.
