ICEYE, a Finnish space-tech company, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Product Engineering in Espoo. You will drive development of cloud-native software within ICEYE Flood Solutions, delivering reliable, scalable systems in real-world conditions.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience designing, delivering and maintaining cloud native production software.
• Experience with Python (FastAPI/async), TypeScript/React and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Docker-based workflows to accelerate CI/CD pipelines.
• Office collaboration with 3 days per week in the Espoo office.

Responsibilities

• Transform high-level, ambiguous requirements into small, testable increments and ship to production.
• Collaborate daily with Product, ML/GIS, and SAR scientists to align constraints with outcomes.
• Refine alerts, dashboards and on-call rotations to improve reliability and reduce toil.
• Guide architectural decisions with modular, incremental patterns and lightweight ADRs.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews and pairing to improve maintainability.
