Job summary

ERSG Careers is seeking a Site Manager to deliver large-scale projects in Europe. You will work with the Project Manager and Site Management to ensure work is completed safely, to high quality, on schedule, and within budget, with a clear focus on HSEQ leadership and quality control.

The role requires ownership of sections, coordination of subcontractors, and effective sequencing of trades to maximise throughput while maintaining a strong site culture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a site management role.
• Experience across commercial, industrial, residential, fit-out or refurbishment projects; data centre experience is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, quality management and HSEQ systems.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multiple work fronts in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work on European-based projects.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of designated sections of the project, ensuring works are delivered in line with specifications, programme milestones and Walls Construction standards.
• Lead and enforce all HSEQ requirements to ensure full compliance with procedures and local regulatory standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, forepersons and direct labour to hit production targets and programme objectives.
• Plan and oversee site setup activities including logistics, access, security, deliveries and traffic management.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to support programme delivery and sequence trades to maximise quality and minimise rework.
• Monitor resources such as labour, plant, materials and site overheads within your section.
• Ensure quality inspections, snagging and handover activities meet data centre standards.
• Maintain clear communication with the wider site team to ensure smooth interfaces between sections and trades.
• Support a positive site culture and strong employee/subcontractor relations.
