Job summary

IQM is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to shape the customer experience for IQM Radiance and IQM Spark across the full lifecycle of our on‑premises quantum computers in Espoo. You will own the product direction from quantum processors to software and system performance, working closely with R&D, engineering, sales, and customers to translate complex concepts into usable products.

You will prioritize development, define future capabilities, and ensure roadmaps reflect market needs

Qualifications

MSc in Physics, Quantum Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Several years of experience in product management, technical leadership, or similar roles in a deep‑tech environment.
Experience with full product lifecycle from requirements to post‑sales support.
Strong engineering background in hardware and software.
Ability to connect business needs with engineering execution.

Responsibilities

Own product direction across the full lifecycle of IQM Radiance and IQM Spark.
Prioritize development, define future capabilities, and drive roadmaps.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear customer documentation.
Support responses to customer procurements and tenders.
Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify market needs.
Develop technical strategies and roadmaps with technology teams and suppliers.
Drive innovation by evaluating future tech and market opportunities.
Bridge business priorities and engineering through informed trade‑offs.
