As Senior Technical Product Manager for IQM Radiance and IQM Spark, you will help shape how customers experience and use IQM's on‑premises quantum computers. You will own the product direction across the complete lifecycle of our systems, from quantum processors and control electronics to software and system performance. Working closely with R&D, engineering, sales, and customers, you will turn technical possibilities into products that solve meaningful problems. This role sits at the intersection of science, engineering, and business. You will help prioritize development efforts, define future capabilities, and ensure our products continue to deliver value in a rapidly evolving quantum computing landscape. Define product requirements across quantum hardware, cryogenics, control electronics, software, and system performance. Identify product gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities through customer feedback, testing results, and technology roadmaps. Drive the definition and implementation of new product capabilities together with R&D and engineering teams. Translate complex technical concepts into clear customer‑facing documentation, including product descriptions, manuals, and site requirements. Support responses to customer procurements and quantum computing tenders. Work closely with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand emerging needs and market requirements. Develop technical strategy and roadmap for our current and future generation products in collaboration with technology teams and suppliers. Drive innovation initiatives by evaluating future technology and market opportunities and validating new concepts or MVPs. Act as a bridge between business priorities and engineering, helping teams make informed trade‑off decisions.
