Winthrop Technologies Ltd is seeking a QA Manager to join our team and oversee quality across turnkey data centre projects in Europe. The role focuses on audits, quality plans, and coordinating with subcontractors to ensure adherence to policies.

You will lead quality inspections on-site, manage calibration, and prepare handover documentation, guiding site staff to uphold our standards.

Qualifications

• Plan and conduct quality audits to verify quality control implementation.
• Maintain on-site quality policies and ensure understanding by staff.
• Create project-specific quality plans per project requirements.
• Coordinate calibration management and inspection documentation.
• Liaise with client's QA/QC rep to resolve issues.
• Supervise inspections and file quality records.
• Oversee test pack prep and handover documentation.
• Provide guidance to on-site staff for project feasibility improvements.
