Job summary

Bluefors in Helsinki is seeking a Senior Production Quality & Development Engineer to drive manufacturing quality, process improvements, risk management, and customer satisfaction across the production lifecycle.

You will lead PQM initiatives, collaborate with suppliers and internal teams, and support validation, engineering changes, and productization, with travel opportunities and 성장 prospects.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing and production quality environments.
• 5+ years in manufacturing/engineering and 3+ years leading PQM initiatives.
• Strong RCA and CAPA capabilities.
• Lean Six Sigma proficiency with Green Belt or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing process improvement initiatives across the production lifecycle.
• Develop and advance the Production Quality Management (PQM) function.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and drive quality KPIs.
• Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Support validation, change management and productization activities.
• Monitor FPY, scrap and rework to drive quality improvements.
