Job summary

Qt Group Oyj in Espoo or Oulu, Finland, seeks an experienced Senior Product Lead for Tooling to drive the developer tooling strategy and elevate the Developer Experience in an AI-first environment.

You will lead cross-functional work with PM, R&D, IT, Marketing, and Sales, ensuring ROI and KPI alignment while shaping the tooling roadmap to accelerate product development. Hybrid options supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical product management or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of software development processes, IDEs, and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Execute and steer the Developer Tooling strategy.
• Enhance the developer experience for new and existing products.
• Assess tooling products against customer expectations in a fast-changing market.

The focus resides on creating an excellent Developer Experience, leading to faster development cycles and turn-arounds in an AI-first environment.
