- Proficiency in UX/UI design, prototyping, design systems, accessibility.
- Strong co-design and workshop facilitation.
- Professional-level English; degree in related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead problem framing and translate challenges into design opportunities.
- Plan and conduct user research; translate findings into solutions.
- Facilitate co-design workshops with business and tech stakeholders.
- Design workflows and GUIs aligned with platform architecture and accessibility.
