Job summary

A Nordic Senior Cyber Security Consultant role at Aon is based in Finland or Sweden, offering exposure to top-tier clients and strategic risk governance engagements.

You will work closely with senior leaders to assess cyber risk, strengthen governance, and drive resilience across critical operations, transforming complex topics into business-focused recommendations and building long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience within cyber security, cyber risk, governance, risk & compliance, or consulting.
• Strong understanding of cyber risk and information security frameworks.
• Experience working directly with senior business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cyber risk and maturity assessments.
• Advise clients on cyber governance and security operating models.
• Support development of cyber security strategies and transformation programmes.
• Lead workshops and executive discussions.
• Help clients address regulatory requirements including NIS2 and DORA.
• Perform third-party risk assessments.
• Support business continuity and operational resilience initiatives.
• Translate complex cyber topics into business-focused recommendations.
• Develop long-term trusted relationships with clients.
