Job summary

CoreGo, an event technology company, seeks a Senior Software Developer in Finland with remote-friendly setup and occasional Helsinki office visits. You will shape a new software platform, mentor peers, and lead technical design and architectural decisions from an early stage.

You will work in an agile team, translating business needs into technical specs while driving quality, CI/CD improvements and collaboration with product stakeholders. Salary is €4,500–€5,500 monthly.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience in Senior Developer, Lead Developer or similar role.
• Strong professional experience with .NET and C#.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases and modern development practices.
• Experience guiding and supporting other developers.
• Ability to translate requirements into clear technical designs and implementations.
• Good communication and collaboration skills in Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain high-quality software solutions for our product portfolio.
• Participate in defining the architecture, technical solutions and development practices.
• Create and refine technical specifications with product, business and development stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior and other team members.
• Participate in code reviews and promote good software engineering practices.
• Act as deputy Scrum Master when required and help facilitate effective agile ways of working.
• Contribute to improving development processes, CI/CD pipelines, testing practices and overall software quality.
• Collaborate closely with other developers, product owners and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
