Job summary

Reaktor’s tech community seeks a Senior Native Mobile Developer to join the Retail Business Unit across Helsinki, Amsterdam, Lisbon. You will support clients with iOS and Android native development, building polished UI experiences and working on SDKs, analytics, and integrations.

You’ll own testing, debugging, monitoring, and production quality, collaborate with stakeholders, and help steer technical direction while engaging in discovery and iterative delivery. Hybrid work is supported.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in native iOS development using Swift and/or Objective-C.
• Strong experience in native Android development using Kotlin and/or Java.
• A testing ownership mindset - you take responsibility for the full development cycle.
• Experience with production app monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders to solve challenging problems.
• Fluent verbal and written English to collaborate in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop native mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Build polished mobile UI experiences with high-performance animations.
• Work on mobile SDKs, integrations, analytics, ads, or attribution frameworks.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements and drive initiatives.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical direction.
• Participate in discovery, concepting, and iterative delivery.
• Own testing, debugging, monitoring, and production quality.
• Occasionally contribute beyond mobile to backend/API/cloud infra understanding.
