A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 10+ years of mechanical project management on construction sites are required, with data center experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of mechanical project management on construction sites.
• Experience leading large, complex mechanical systems installations.
• Experience with data center mechanical systems such as HVAC and cooling.
• Experience working directly with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical pre-construction activities, including constructability and procurement.
• Oversee mechanical construction, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and quality.
• Supervise HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and related systems installation.
• Ensure designs align with client expectations and regional codes.
• Manage on-site health and safety, QA/QC, and commissioning.
• Coordinate with design and procurement teams across project phases.
